From Small Beginnings to Sweet Traditions
It started in 2012 with a single oven, a bag of flour, and a dream that was much bigger than the kitchen it was born in.

Back then, the world was a different place, but the magic of baking remained the same. For years, I moved across the UK, bringing my whisk and my heart into various kitchens, learning the soul of every recipe and the joy that a simple, perfectly baked treat can bring to someone’s day. I wasn’t just baking cakes; I was learning the language of comfort, celebration, and connection.

But every artist eventually looks for their true home—the place where their passion can finally be shared with the world exactly as they imagined it.

*The Meeting of Two Hearts*

Life has a funny way of bringing the right ingredients together at just the right time. Enter Foxy. When our paths crossed, we realized we shared more than just a love for great food; we shared a vision of what a bakery should be.

Foxy brings the fire, the precision, and the creative spark that turns a standard recipe into a signature masterpiece. Together, we are
Finnegans Fox Bakes.

More Than Just A Bakery
To us, baking is an act of love. Every batch we pull from the oven carries the weight of those fourteen years of experience. We remember the first cake I ever sold in 2012, and we bring that same level of care, wonder, and obsession to every single item that leaves our kitchen today.

We believe that the best stories are told around a table, and the best memories are made with something sweet in hand. We haven’t just built a business; we’ve built a sanctuary for those who appreciate the craft of slow-baked, high-quality indulgence. Whether it’s a celebration that marks a milestone or a simple Tuesday afternoon treat that turns a rough day around, we are honored to be a part of your story. Thank you for inviting Finnegans Fox Bakes into your homes and your hearts. We’re just getting started, and we are so glad you’re here for the journey.
